Starting with a frozen specimen, Sallie clearly demonstrates skinning, fleshing, defatting, wiring the wings, legs, neck and tail, mounting, using an artificial bill, sewing, grooming, injecting the natural feet with formalin, carding, drying, and finishing with oil paints.
