Van Dyke's Fin Card Method is a simplified new method that takes the place of all the old milk cartons, waxed cardboard, tin, and many other inferior, time-consuming methods of the past. The galvanized mesh hardware cloth is used for the back side off all the fins. When used in conjunction with flex plastic, it provides a better, simpler method. With the clear flex plastic, you can watch the specimen during the entire drying process for any necessary repositioning.
