This tin-cured soft silicone rubber from Smooth-On is used for molding jawsets, ears, noses, etc. It has a high tear strength and stands up to production casting of chemically harsh resins such as polyesters, urethanes and epoxies. No release agent is required prior to casting, so castings come out of the mold ready for priming and painting. Mix ratio 10 parts A to 1 part B by weight. Shore hardness 20A. Can be vacuumed. Pot life 90 minutes. Kit includes 1 gallon A plus 1 pint of B.
