Frank Kotula resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA where he owns a full-time studio. Frank has won one "North American" and two "National" Championships with fish. he is a recipient of the NTA "Award of Excellence". he has received two "Best of Category" Awards in World Competition, and has won several "Best of Show" and numerous awards at State and Regional Competitions.
Frank is a master of the airbrush and it is evident as he shows you how to paint one of the premier warmwater game fish, the walleye. he shows you proper color application as well as detailing and scale tipping. Shots so close you almost need a paint mask. There is no mounting procedure in this video.
