The Polytranspar fiberglass primer allows adhesion to polyester fish blanks or artificial heads. It bonds chemically to the resin to allow proper adhesion of all coats of paint. You can use lacquer or waterbased paints over this primer. Apply to clean surfaces and allow to dry overnignt before applying colors. Flammable Liquid.
