The large hand grips make blade control a breeze, the quick slicing action of the blades makes short work of fleshing drawn hides. Whether you are removing fat from a bear or thinning down an elk cape this knife is capable of handling the chore. The serrated edges work very well for heavy degreasing as the serrations do not load up as quickly. The fleshing knife can be used to break hides after they dry. Use with fleshing beams.
