Using the Head Hanger System by Gary Bowen

The Standoff Hanger Stand-Off Hanger System design lets the mount stand-off from the wall, allowing a more professional finish and air circulation behind the form.

The rubber pads are non-skid and serve as grabbing feet to hold the mount in balance on the wall. These characteristics make it ideal for wall pedestal forms.

The tapered safety slot locks behind the screw head for solid display.

One size - Whitetail heads through Elk, African and other large gameheads.

Directions:

  1. Attach the Standoff Hanger to the rear upper center of the form. Use three screws for the mounted head.

  2. Attach two Standoff Pads to the lower left and right on the rear of the form using 2" galvanized deck screws. Drive the screw through the pod until it compresses and the head sinks down below the outer surface. Back the screw out slightly, decompressing the pod and allowing the rubber to roll around on top of the screw head edge, locking into place below the surface.
