Using Van Dyke's Form Paste

Mix to stiff consistency, let stand 10 to 15 minutes, remix and thin slightly. Paint on a paper form. Form Paste is also an excellent scalp paste for urea foam forms as well, however, you must first give the urea foam form a coat of Mannikin Prep™ or shellac and allow to dry before applying the scalp paste.
