Using the Dan-D-Noser

The Dan-D-Noser is the same roller-type tool as the MAC-Z-SCALER and has the texture of a deer nose pad imprinted on the rubber roller.

The endless job of texturing deer noses must be done for a quality mount if you want to be paid top dollar.

We set eyes and ears correctly, accurately reproduce muscles and detail veins in the face but quite often pay little or no attention to the nose.

Now a competition-type nose can be done in a matter of 3 to 4 minutes using the Dan-D-Noser.

Step 1: Apply Apoxie Sculpt to the nose. Only a small amount is needed. Then smooth and feather out the edges.

Step 2: Wet the roller so the Apoxie Sculpt will not stick to the roller. Roll the tool across the nose pad to create the texture. Several passes with the roller may be required.

Step 3: Paint and apply a flat or matte finish.

Total time involved equals 3 to 4 minutes!
