How to Make H-Form Earliners

Five Easy Steps:

  1. What's Needed: H-form material, marker, scissors, heat gun (blow dryer) and stapler.

  2. After removing the ear cartilage place it on the H-form and outline your ear pattern. Make sure to label each ear left and right. Do not throw the cartilage away.

  3. Cut out your pattern on the inside of your outline, then staple the bottom of the ear butt.

  4. Start heating with your heat gun to where the H-form becomes pliable and is no longer rigid.

  5. Form the H-form to resemble your ear cartilage. Use the ear cartilage as a reference, as well as reference photos.
