Corn Cob grit #1 is used by most tanneries for larger hides, mammal furs, etc. For intermediate uses, most taxidermists use a combination of #1 and #4 cob dust fines. This is premium, clean corn cob tumbling material suitable for the most delicate of skins to the largest, thickest hides.
