Antler Removal Instructions:

The first cut should be vertical, cutting down ¾” to 1” from the antler burr. Follow this cut with one made horizontally, starting at the back of the skull and continuing until the cuts intersect. Use a sharp knife to trim off any excess meat from the skullcap.
