The Dakota V commercial flesher has narrow width that makes fleshing tight areas simpler, broad backplate is easy on chest and sternum when leaning on it, plastic guards are easily adjustable to many varied positions, fully enclosed 1/2 hp motor to prevent damage from the acid salt, entire top tilts back for easy cleaning and maintenance, and top hub is equipped with a double roller neoprene sealed bearing that is lubricated for its lifetime. Includes table combo with stainless top. Instructional DVD is included.
