Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be charged according to weight, zone and size of the package.

Standard in-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after order is processed. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and international allow more shipping time.

• Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

• 2nd Day and Next Day air orders placed after 11:00 am Central Time will ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will not ship until the following week.

• Drop-shipped items are shipped directly from our vendors. Allow 3- 6 weeks for delivery for most items. (Damages on drop-shipped items need to be reported to vendor. For replacements call 1-888-896-4680. Truck shipments: all freight claims are to be paid at customer location. Call your local freight office for cost. Any item stating free shipping is for the Contiguous  U.S. only. International orders are subject to shipping and other fees.

• Shipping rates for UPS are determined by the cubic size of a package. If the cubic size of the package is 5,184" or larger rates will be calculated by the dimensional weight. (see example below to fiqure dimensional weight). If cubic size is less than 5,184 the actual weight of the package will determine the rate.

• Dimensional Weight=L x W x H (cubic size).

• UPS charges an extra $7.50 per box that is larger than 60" x 30".

• Additional UPS Residential Charges may apply.

   

• Hazardous items - additional 22.50 charge - UPS only - no international. (Hazardous charges may change without notice).

   

• UPS 2nd Day, Next Day air packages over 1 cubic foot will ship dimensional weight at a greater cost. Refer to your local UPS office.

• As in all shipments whether UPS or Post Office, always have a deliverable address. By having a correct shipping address, delivery will be easier and more expedient.

Broker fees and international duties are customers responsibilty and are separate from Van Dyke's Taxidermy orders or quotes.
