Trout Body Left Turn

These trout body forms have a consistent record of producing Blue Ribbons at various state competitions. These forms are anatomically correct, have a plywood anchor molded in the center, and can be mounted traditionally or in a reverse curve. For the best fit, choose a body that is 1/2" under the girth of your fish. Length is not as critical, but try to stay within 1/2" of your measurement. To measure for the normal pose, the length is measured inside of the curve, from the collarbone to base of tail, where scales end. Girth is circumference measured in front of dorsal fin. To measure for the reverse curve pose, length is from outside of the curve, from collarbone to base of tail, where scales end. For girth, it is the same as the normal pose.
