Offered in open mouth with jawset installed, open mouth with jawset (not installed), open mouth form only and closed mouth form only. This is the large Black or Brown Bear rug head form with open mouth and jawset installed. Re-sculpted by Van Dyke's In-house sculptor, John Schmidt, the bear rug head forms now feature plywood that extends into the lower jaw. Measurements: A: Eye to Nose 4 3/4" x Nose to Back of Head 11 1/2".
