Every item in our catalog comes with Van Dyke's Taxidermy 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Simply fill out the return form on the back of the Packing List included with your order.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY: If you received damaged merchandise please call 1-888-896-4680. Fill out the return form and include invoice for proof of purchase. CODS are not accepted.

All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on packages shipped through the Post Office.
Van Dyke's Taxidermy will not be responsible for packages returned to us due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery attempts have been made.
