Returns Policy Van Dyke's Taxidermy Returns and Exchanges
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Every item in our catalog comes with Van Dyke's Taxidermy 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Simply fill out the return form on the back of the Packing List included with your order.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY: If you received damaged merchandise please call 1-800-787-3355. Fill out the return form and include invoice for proof of purchase. CODS are not accepted.

All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on packages shipped through the Post Office.
Van Dyke's Taxidermy will not be responsible for packages returned to us due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery attempts have been made.
UPS RETURN LABEL INSTRUCTIONS: Your original package included a UPS Return Label. This is a $6.00 flat rate Return Label. If used, you pay nothing up front. Complete and enclose the Return Form on the back of your invoice. Remove the UPS Return Label from invoice (bottom right-hand side). Package the item(s) and Return Form and seal it securely with tape. Affix the UPS Return Label to the package. Please remove or cover original labels. Drop your package at any UPS Store or UPS drop box. UPS Return Label is for U.S. Domestic returns only (excluding Alaska/Hawaii). If you decide to return product and use the UPS $6.00 flat-rate Return Label, we will deduct the shipping from your refund or exchange. If the return is due to a Van Dyke's Taxidermy error (wrong, defective product, etc.), no deduction will occur. If you choose not to use the $6.00 flat-rate Return Label, choose a carrier to return the package(s) to the return address provided. You will pay shipping and Van Dyke's Taxidermy will reimburse shipping if the return is due to a Van Dyke's Taxidermy error.
