Every item in our catalog comes with Van Dyke's Taxidermy 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. Please call our customer service department if there is a problem with the order. If you decide that you do not need or simply want to return the product-return the product with an explanation of why you are returning.
GENERAL RETURN POLICY: If you received damaged merchandise please call 1-888-896-4680. Please include invoice for proof of purchase. CODS are not accepted.

All shipments should be inspected immediately; all claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery on packages shipped through the Post Office.
Van Dyke's Taxidermy will not be responsible for packages returned to us due to order refusals or returned orders after 3 delivery attempts have been made.
