Fish Skin Tan has a tendency to cake in the package. This is not an indication of defect in the material and does not affect the potency of the tanning solution. Fish Skin Tab will leave the skin of the fish stronger, tougher, yet with the soft flexibility to adjust to the subtle curves of the manikin. It also has the affect of retaining the natural color of the fish without darkening the skin the way other tannins do.
