Aves® ClayShay feels like clay and sets like mache. It is for universal applications as either a clay or a mache. ClayShay is a dry powder that is ready for use with the addition of water and has about a one hour set time. This lightweight material offers non-toxicity, strength and versatility. It has a double set time to lock in details and completely eliminate shrinkage. The first, soft set occurs in about 1 hour after mixing. The second, hard set occurs in 3-4 days when the moisture dries off.
